Covenants' Highlights
- Trash / Recycle Canisters- all canisters must be promptly removed from the street after pickup. In addition all canisters must be stored out of visual sight (reference Covenants, Rule 8 Garbage and Refuse Disposal). Please ensure canisters are out of visual sight and stored appropriately.
- Maintenance of Property - please maintain property (landscaping, grass cutting, general overall appearance) in compliance to the subdivision's and Village of Glen Carbon's expectations. As Autumn Glen's Covenants specifically state, the expectation is homeowners yards and landscaping "will always present a neat and attractive appearance".
